  • How can I be assured of the quality?

All the products are handmade with painstaking efforts of artisans. The embroidery is handwoven and delicately designed to offer the best to you.

Each product goes through 5 processes and rigorous inspection before dispatch.

  • How can I take care of my garment?

Since each piece is delicately handwoven, we recommend quick hand wash separately or dry cleaning to preserve the lustre and embroidery of the garment.

  • Do you customize products?

No, we do not offer any customised products at the moment. We shall update any changes if any in this section.

Payments, Shipping and Delivery

  • How can I make payment on the website

At Artisanaal, we accept online payments only. You  can pay online using credit card, debit card, net banking, UPI, wallets etc through payment gateway.

  • Is it safe to pay online?

Be rest assured our payment gateways are extremely safe and used for e-commerce across the globe.

  • How can I track my orders?

We don’t have any live tracking at the moment, but you will be informed via an email once your order is dispatched. Kindly wait for 3-5 working days for the delivery after the order is dispatched. In case there is a delay ,please contact us to get the latest update of the order.

  • Do you ship worldwide?

  • I have received part shipment, when will I get my other products?

We ship all the products of your order together, In case you receive

If you’d like to make any changes before the order is dispatched it is certainly possible, but not after the products are dispatched.
